Monthly hands-on workshops on Sushi techniques and tips, with Angie Robinson. Each workshop limited to four participants. Sessions run from 5:30pm to 7:00pm. Along with hands-on tuition, participants receive course notes, tasting samples and a starting kit of authentic sushi ingredients. The next workshop will be held on Monday 13 September.
